Desktop Support
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Pinedale, WY Local Area Network (LAN) and workstation environment; install hardware and software ensuring LAN security according to corporate guidelines; work effectively with internal and external business contacts; troubleshoot desktop, printer and other hardware; and perform other duties as assigned. They may also be trained in supporting Communications Equipment on the sites. Knowledge of Microsoft operating system and products is required. Skilled using office machines, personal computers and related software such as Word, Excel, Access and Outlook, and McAfee AntiVirus. At least two years LAN administrator experience or equivalent education and experience.
