Test Lead (Aerospace)
A client of ours in the Seattle area is looking of Test Leads. These are long term contact positions.
Must have experience leading cross-functional teams, mentoring other testers and conducting integration testing.
This position is responsible for leading and conducting Integrated Product Testing.
Organizing and leading product test teams in the development of test plans, test cases and reports
Responsibilities include planning, leading test analyst to test integrated products solutions and testing and will also facilitate and conduct complex test scenarios with assistance from testers.
Coordinates testing resources to execute test plans and test cases for major block point releases.
Understanding of basic test methodologies and when to apply them is a must.
Familiarity with the software development life cycle and software development practices, including Macroscope (P+), IEEE or other methodologies is nice to have
Experience with automated GUI and Web application testing tools is very desirable but not required.
Previous Aerospace experience is plus
