Windows Vista Desktop and Laptop Lead
TEKsystems is actively seeking a Desktop/PC Lead to lead a team of 2-3 technicians here locally in Salt Lake City. This individual will be responsible for the following:
1) Provide leadership to 2-3 PC Technicians
2) Provide communication and follow through with customers
3) Answer trouble tickets for internal users.
4) Schedule & manage patches to desktops & laptops
5) Image and deploy laptops & desktops to end users
6) Maintain PC, Server and software assets through helpdesk system
7) Ensure that PC Tech's are trained in and follow standard IT Policies & Procedures
Specific Experience & Skills: (3-5 Years)
1) 3-5 years experience as a Lead PC Tech in a Microsoft environment
2) Hands on experience installing, patching, managing MS Active Directory networks & MS Exchange
3) Excellent management, teamwork, customer interface and communication skills
4) Prior experience managing a PC Tech's and team of 3+ technicians
