Techno-Functional Oracle HR/Payroll
TEKsystems is looking for a Techno Functional Oracle 11i HR/Payroll Consultant for a contract position in Memphis, TN.
The qualified candidate will be experienced with Oracle 11i eBusiness Suite for Human Resource and Payroll applications. The consultant will work with existing technical staff and user groups to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Payroll processing, OTL, OAB, OLM, Self-Service, and iRecruitment. Consultant will also assist technical staff with production support related to application configurations, fast formulas, flex fields (KFF & DFF), SITs, and EITs.
Job Skills/Experience required:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience as a functional analyst with
HR, Payroll, OTL OAB,
- OLM, Self-Service, and iRecruitment modules of the Oracle 11.5.10
eBusiness Suite.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Oracle Reports and Discoverer.
- Demonstrated experience in documenting business processes.
- General understanding of PL/SQL, APIs, flex fields and fast formulas.
- Proficient in analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse work group.
- Demonstrated experience with change management procedures and
development of business requirements.
- Demonstrated project management skills, knowledge of project
management tools and methodologies.
- Provide status reports to project team, oversight and executive
committees.
- Demonstrated customer relations skills and ability to make group
presentations.
- Demonstrated experience with developing test scenarios to validate
function modifications and enhancements.
- Demonstrated experience performing quality assurance validations
