IT Business Analyst
Our client currently has an immediate opening for an IT Business Analyst with experience in the banking industry to work on a long term contract/contract to hire basis in the Pittsburgh, PA area.
On a daily basis. the IT Business Analyst will be responsible for requirements gathering/documentation, interfacing with end users and generating well organized documentation that can be reviewed with the user community for update/concurrence, and testing. Responsibilities may be specific in nature and range from coordinating activities of offshore testing practice for defect tracking/testing execution to providing consultation to IT and business teams on applying technology to business opportunities and planning/implementing cross-functional applications or systems. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 1) 5 years experience as a Business Analyst performing the following tasks on a daily basis: Requirement gathering/define requirements, Use case modeling for requirement gathering , System testing/Create Test plan/execute plans 2) Minimum 2 years experience in the banking industry 3) Ability to work well under conditions of continual change 4) Demonstrates an exceptional work ethic, is a fast learner, works well in a team or independently 5) Willingness to work weekends and OT when needed for an implementation
