Business Systems Analyst (Telco)
Our client is a leading telecommunications company located in Toronto. Currently, they are seeking a Business Systems Analyst or a Systems Analyst for a six month engagement. Below I have included the responsibilities and technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Develop, maintain and improve applications by evaluating business needs, analyzing requirements, and developing software systems
· Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; use knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language and logic
· Review and evaluate capabilities and benefits of existing systems and processes and determine if requested program or program changes are possible
· Prepare the business to use systems and software by conducting super user training sessions
· Must adhere to project deadlines and deliver quality programs
Technical Requirements:
Experience in developing in Java/J2EE environments
Experience working with Weblogic
Experience working with API and Webservices
Experience in all phases of the development life cycle analysis, development, testing, implementation and support
