My client, a leader in the energy industry, is seeking a Business Analyst for a permanent opportunity. This opportunity is located in Mississauga. Job Description:
·The incumbent takes a high-level approach to helping customers define and implement the processes they need to achieve business goals, and determine how the application of new information technologies can support these goals.
·Maintains leading-edge business and technical knowledge.
·Performs a wide array of business/technical services tailored to project and client requirements, including, but not limited to business process re-engineering, application implementation, and development of custom applications.
·Participates in proposal development and the development and delivery of presentations.
·Builds and maintains positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
·May work closely with sales and engineering staff from the prospecting stage through delivery and follow-up, to ensure customer needs are effectively identified and addressed.
·May be responsible for project management.
Essential Skills:
·Business Analyst Process skills with a strength in process writing
·Project Management skill
·Some systems BAS experience
