Job Description:
Our client is a leading Canadian financial services organization currently looking for 2 Senior Business Analysts to join there existing team.
These positions are in the Collections department and will involve the requirements gathering, analysis and documentation. You will work closely with training, development and call centre staff in this engagement since numerous training manuals require updating. You will also work closely with vendors who support these business groups to ensure delivery meets the previously arranged SLA’s.
This will be a 6 month term and will be located in the western part of the GTA but is TTC accessible.
Required Skills
-strong track record as a Business Analyst working on a contract resource resource in large, structured environments
-strong analysis, requirements gathering skills with out going personalities
-experience working with Training departments or Call Centre groups
