Software Engineer/ Web developer
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, code, document, test and deploy software and web-based applications
- Create or contribute to specifications for design and functionality
- Develop and maintain application and user documentation
- Provide support and training to customers and end users
- Work with others on the Engineering team to test and document product features and to diagnose and fix customer reported product issues
Technical Qualifications:
- Experienced in Java, JSP
- Knowledge of Prolog
- BS in Computer Science, MS a plus
- 2-3 years real world experience in software design, development, and testing
- Experience with SQL scripting; Knowledge of SQL Server is a plus
- Experienced in Struts, Spring, Hibernate is a plus
- Strong data analytical skills
- Knowledge of logic programming, artificial intelligence, knowledge discovery, data mining, data analysis, natural language systems, software agents, or semantic web ontology technologies is a plus
