Desktop Support Technicians
TEKsystems is currently looking for PC Technicians for several ongoing projects we are working to staff. Qualified applicants will have experience with the following:
-Configure Laptops for users -Install Microsoft Updates (Windows and Office) -Install Adobe Acrobat updates -un-Configure Laptops -Check Security Log file settings -Install SMS Client -Install Patch Management Client -Install New iPass Client -Update Firewall configuration on Laptop (SMS client, Patch Management Client, File Access) -Check/Update VPN client for RTP and Hosted -Update Wireless Driver for laptops -Change Administrator Password -Check for any users that are a local administrator on their laptop and if so remove -Fix basic hardware problems
A+ and MCP certifications are a huge plus.
