Desktop Support
Our client is on a three year computer lease program, in which they replace 1/3 of their computers with new machines on a yearly basis. This year's migration will be from Dell hardware to HP hardware.
We are looking for Desktop Support individuals that have performed hardware/software rollouts in the past. On a day to day basis, technicians will be contacting the end user to schedule migration times. They will be using Norton Ghost to back up user data, break down the old machines, set up the new machines, run a new image, and add user data.
The qualified candidates will have past experience with performing rollouts, providing great customer service, will be able to lift 80 lbs on a regular basis, and will be able to use their own vehicle to deliver the PCs.
The position is a 3-6 month contract position beginning in late April. All prospective employees should be able to pass an extensive drug and background check as well as an employment and education verification.

ABLE TO LIFT 50-80 LBS ON A REGULAR BASIS
