Internet Support Representative
Our Des Moines, IA client is currently seeking to augment their staff with an Internet Support Representative.
The qualified candidate will respond to high-speed service related phone calls. Assist current and future high-speed customers by answering questions related to service, pricing and configurations. Assist current high-speed customers with service-related problems including hardware and software configurations.
This position consists of:
-Walk customers through common hardware and software configurations
-Troubleshoot basic network and modem functionality.
-Answer questions regarding use of service with various hardware and software platforms.
-Schedule on-site service calls when necessary.
-Escalate appropriate technical issues to Internet Technical Support Associate group.
