Business Analyst
TEKsystems is looking for some experienced Business Analysts for upcoming project engagements at client sites around the Indianapolis area. We are currently looking proactively for qualified technical professionals in the Indiana area.
Our clients are looking for a Business Analyst who will work with our client at all levels throughout their organization to help identify and clarify business requirements, understand and document their business process, as well as documenting requirements for defects or enhancements to the retirement system and related systems.
This position will also entail: - Facilitate meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions. - Document all requirements in a clear and concise manner. - Closely monitoring quality of deliverables produced by application developers. - Create and manage project plans to maintain the progress and productive mutual interaction of various parties in such a way that overall risk is reduced. - Test business applications from a business perspective to verify that all client requirements are incorporate into the design. - Continuous improvement and quality enhancement of deliverables to keep step with changes in business or processes.
Experience with requirements gathering and working directly with both business users and developers is necessary. Excellent oral and written skills are necessary. Project management experience is necessary. Experience with financial applications/systems is a plus. Experience with systems integration is a plus.
