IT Analyst with Agile / Scrum experience
TEKsystems of Bloomington, IL has long-term needs for an IT Analyst with Agile or Scrum experience. This position is long-term, full-time and offers full-time benefits.
The Analyst's responsibilities includes using analysis to develop and implement strategies that help efforts with their communications and potential change management needs through:
-Working within the agile/iterative development/scrum area on a myriad of communications.
-Influencing organizational change during the introduction of these concepts and techniques.
-Communications planning and coordination
-Creating presentations, memos, newsletters, articles, content for company intranet sites, forum coordination, and message points for leadership
Specific Work Needs include:
-Conducting needs analysis
-Identifying needs and potential impacts
-Formulating recommendations to meet needs identified
-Developing communications strategy
-Implementing communications strategy
Specific Skills Needed:
-Experience or knowledge of Agile/ Iterative Development/ Scrum
-Organizational Communication Strategy and Planning experience
-Needs analysis experience
-Audience analysis experience
-Communication strategy development and execution
-Communication plan development and maintenance
-Presentation creation
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
