Reporting Analyst
Our client is looking for a Reporting Analyst with a bachelor's degree or 2-5 years equivalent experience. The individual will:
- Provide support through analysis and reports to improve reliability of cable broadband systems and problem ticketing applications
- Automate production reports for the LMC
- Aid in the development of web based applications to improve the efficiencies of the market's LMC to provide real time trouble analysis
***MUST HAVE***
- Familiarity with Auspice or other Web base applications
- Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, PHP, XML, scripting and web programming languages
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Knowledge of power networks, packet cable data, and IP telephony
- Working knowledge of SNMP application modeling
- Willing to carry a pager or phone for 24x7 support
