Network Technician
This position is responsible for the various activities associated with the development and/or support of applications according to specifications for department, subsidiary or company-wide use. It may also include working directly with clients to define user requirements and to define and meet their decision support and data access requirements. The Analyst is challenged with enhancing their application development/support skills and striving to advance to the Senior Analyst level. The Analyst assists in either the operations of applications or the development of detailed application designs and system flows. Job Description: Supporting retail/point of sale self service applications for systems that interface with billing, reporting, credit and
supply chain management systems in production markets. 2 types of kiosk (1) bill pay machine (2) accessory
machines/ upload ring tones, etc. (old machines are NCR and the new ones are HP) PC hardware and software experience Basic
networking-TCP/IP Excellent troubleshooting skills Instillation and configuration to network Excellent communication-talking with
the stores and developers and interfacing with third party vendors and channel support and QC testing groups Good written skills
