Sr. Business Systems Analyst
A nationally known brand named company is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to work very closely with North American Sales and Marketing teams to achieve optimum top line business performance and bottom line effectiveness.
This position is responsible for developing and implementing innovation opportunities through exploitation and leverage of relevant business best practices as performed by comparable companies in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
This position is responsible for achieving innovation and break-through results through the leverage of industry proven IT solutions. This includes but not limited to:
-Best practices implementation
-Business process reengineering, new technology solutions implementation
-Requires a strong and leverage able knowledge of the assigned business-systems process
Requirements:
-Candidate needs consumer packaged goods (CPG) - (worked for large companies like, Target, Wal-Mart, CVS, Wallgreens)
-Needs CPG systems - POS reporting, syndicated date, best practice reporting, trade promotion management, sales planning
-Needs experience with BI Tools (any of these) - Business Objects, Oracle Discover, OBIEE, Crystal Reports
Must have:
-10+ years of relevant experience
-Excellent verbal and written skills
-Excellent change management and interpersonal skills
-Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills
-Ability to work within a matrixed, global teams structure
-A high sense of the important of business urgencies
* Experience or some familiarity with JD Edwards Enterprise ONE ERP system is a HUGE plus!
