Sr. Java Developer
TEKsystems is currently looking for multiple Sr. Java Developers for contract-to-hire positions in Colorado Springs, CO.
You will be working at one of the preeminent, small but quickly growing software companies in the country. The focus of this work is on the development of Java-based components to automate data mining, visualization and inferential reasoning for several government customers. Specific development tasks will focus on the development of J2EE components and architecture design. Additional work will focus on the integration of our client's system components with emerging intelligent agent standards and design patterns.

Required Skills:
- B.S in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering
- Minimum of 4 yrs of Java for applications development
- J2EE web services development experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Security Clearance may be required
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Java application development and J2EE design patterns and implementation
- Working knowledge of the US intelligence community and DOD systems as well as current and planned US service components ISR platforms and their utilization
- Knowledge of RDBMS, OODB’s, SQL, HTML, and XML
