Senior Business Analyst
Our Client, located in the Silicon Valley, is in need of a Senior Business Analyst. This person will be responsible for one of the following projects: 2 major projects which entail the upgrading of their ERP (MAS500), and an implementation of a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM). Experience in these specific ERP/CRM (one or the other) is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Liaising extensively with external vendors or internal clients
Producing project feasibility reports
Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs
Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex problems
Drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems
Presenting proposals to clients
Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met
Drawing up a testing schedule for the complete system
Overseeing the implementation of a new system
Planning and working flexibly to a deadline
Documentation where needed
Facilitating training to users of a new system
Keeping up to date with technical as well as industry sector developments
Position Requirements (Experience with most is preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business and systems analysis.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing enterprise software that includes ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence and Business process management.
Minimum of 3 years experience in implementing integration solutions between different systems.
Minimum of 2 years experience in designing and implementing robust general computing controls (as defined in SOX act – segregation of duties, rules, etc.).
Minimum of 2 years experience in configuring (module configuration) and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM
And/Or - Minimum of 2 years experience configuring and supporting Sales and distribution and manufacturing ERP modules
Experience in implementing a business process management solution (good to have, especially for future projects).
Good exposure to different sales business processes.
Experience in writing basic SQL queries for Oracle, SQL server and mysql databases
Experience creating reports using SQL server reporting services and Proclarity (good to have)
Experience modeling business processes
Strong understanding of analytical reporting and business intelligence.
Strong understanding of application and database development concept
Strong understanding of service oriented architecture framework.
Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and unified modeling
Experience with MAS 500 is a plus
Experience with Lombardi Teamworks is a plus
