Our client, a Medical Device Company located in San Jose, CA, is looking to bring on a Functional Oracle Analyst for a contract opportunity. The Company is nearing completion of an 11.5.10 Oracle Applications implementation. The project will include Order Management, Finance, Manufacturing, CRM, and Procurement. The ideal candidate will be excited to work in fast paced, enthusiastic, and pressure packed environment. Functional Oracle Analyst Order Management Job Description: Requirements: - Oracle Order Management and Manufacturing Modules, including INV, MRP, BOM, PUR, and Quality. - Ideal candidate will have completed multiple end-to-end implementations, including module configuration, testing, and creation of functional enhancement specifications, but a strong functional BA with some technical background would be great. - Ability to direct and recommend cost-effective creative solutions. - Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with the Company's project management, IT management, and Finance project leader and team participants. - Develop deep understanding of the Company's Operations department business requirements and support the projects. - Develop and update important documentation, including business process flows, training materials, functional specifications, and test cases. -- Develop and support the creation of high value test cases and test scripts to validate individual module functionality and/or end-to-end process flows. - Monitor, report, and resolve issues relative to your functional area, ensuring complete customer and project management satisfaction. - Work closely with other business analysts, team leads, and project participants to resolve issues, test functionality, and/or create functional specifications. - Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Oracle TARs and/or setup related issues. - Interact and collaborate effectively with finance and project management team. - Prioritize and manage multiple issues within the overall project while maintaining deliverable timelines. - Assists in project planning and provide reports/updates as required. - Willing to learn and take on new modules and/or functionality within the Oracle Applications Business Suite. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. - Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
