Senior Helpdesk Support
Job Description: The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing support to end-user community on hardware, software and network-related problems, questions, and use; provide problem resolution with users, walk the user through a series of steps to determine the problem and classify level, priority and nature of the problem; open, track and close trouble tickets; ensure problem ownership and promote end-user satisfaction and track activities of assigned tickets. The qualified candidate must have a wide range of skills and knowledge in computer hardware and software as well as the networking system in use at customer sites. This position requires experience in the set-up, configuration, use and troubleshooting of computers.
The candidate must be able to clearly communicate both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. Strong interpersonal skills are required due to continual interaction with clients, managers, and users with varying technical backgrounds in a fast paced work environment.
Specifically, the Help Desk Analyst will respond to customer's problems telephonically, by email or a self service portal. They will attempt to resolve customer problems in accordance with current or revised Service Desk.
