ASP.NET Developer
Our client is seeking Web Developer candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience in Web application development. The biggest needs lie in the area of ASP.net and CSS.
The position will be a 6 month contract.
Position Responsibilities include:
Developing Agency and Consumer Web Applications according to specifications or business requirements.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate these into design documents and technical specifications.
The ability to work with a diverse project team, including Database Developers, QA Staff, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
Maintain and debug existing web modules.
Perform unit testing of modifications and enhancements to ensure system integrity.
The Requirements of a Successful Candidate must:
- Documented experience or education in a Windows programming environment is required.
-Have experience in the following programming language(s)/operating platforms, Visual Basic/VB.Net, Windows 2000/XP, SQL Server 2000/2005, XML, XSL, ASP.Net, JavaScript and HTML
-Knowledge of various software development life cycle models.
-Possess a strong work ethic and be able to deliver solutions under deadlines.
- Possess a BA/BS in Computer Science or related field preferred.
-MCSD Certification preferred.
